Tierra Del Sol country club is a 5 minute golf cart ride, where you will find golfing, swimming, tennis, bocce ball, pickleball, shuffleboard, and more. This inviting community provides unlimited activities while you reside in this home away from home.
Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with a breakfast nook, plentiful cabinets with everything you need to cook your meals. The kitchen has a pass thru to the open dining and main living area. Enjoy the LARGE 65 inch TV with YouTube and internet in the living room, with comfortable seating. All the supplies and comfort you will need, you will find here!
The master bedroom has a King size bed, large walk-in closet, 32 inch flat screen TV, and private master bath. The master bath has a walk-in, all glass shower, 2 sinks, and all towels and linens provided. Laundry room is adjacent to the master bathroom for your convenience.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and all linens, and a large closet. A great private space for your guests. The guest bath has a tub/shower, towels and linens provided.
Need to do work while you are away? The third bedroom is a den with a desk and printer, and even a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.
A gas grill is provided for those who like to barbeque.

Rental Policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. Deposit to be refunded to renter within 30 days of
vacating if the property is left in same condition as when it was rented. $175 Cleaning Fee

a few miles away from the property and they will be happy to answer any questions during your stay.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Younger visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
