This 3 bedroom / 2 bath home is centrally located in The Villages and is less than 15 minutes by golf cart to Brownwood Town Square and is within a 10 minute cart ride to four Championship courses (Belle Glade, Bonifay, Evans Prairie, and Havana), in addition to several executive golf courses. This home does include the use of a 2 passenger golf cart for your use.

COMPLIMENTARY & INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL: King size bed in primary, Queen size bed in Guest bedroom, and two twin beds (extra long) in the 2nd Guest bedroom. Samsung flat-screen Smart TV in family room and primary bedroom. Internet-WIFI, Access to programming thru U-Tube TV (over 70 channels), BBQ grill with utensils, fully equipped kitchen with coffee pot, toaster, blender, pots and pans, Tupperware,etc. Vacuum, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Laundry area includes a starter pack of wash soap. All linens and towels are provided.
On the extended tiled Lanai is an L shaped sofa and matching chair from West Elm & an additional two chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee or refreshments in the evening. The Lanai is enclosed with glass windows, screens and blinds and has a ceiling fan.
Our home is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector. The home is professionally cleaned, sanitized and maintained.

MONTHLY RENTAL POLICY: No smoking and no pets. No exception.
The rates are for TWO adults. There is an additional charge of $100 per person per week per guest. Anyone staying in our home must be disclosed on the rental agreement. This is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. Please discuss children staying in the home prior to booking. We do not allow parties at our home.
A $1,500 security deposit is due within 7 days of booking. This guarantees your reservation and locks in your rental contract period. 50% of balance is due at booking and balance to be paid 90 days prior to arrival. If lease is for a period that is less than 90 days out, total amount of rental is due with signed contract. I..Utilities , WIFI internet, trash, pest control, and lawn services are included.

TEMPORARY RESIDENT LIFESTYLE ID CARDS (available) Fee $50 TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL BY Tenant directly to The Villages at Lake Sumter Landing Sales office. Guest ID is Free and is available if you have guests visiting.

When you book a vacation rental, we are removing the property from open listings based on your commitment to rent our home and we have entered the agreement in good faith. Trip insurance will help cover costs so neither party needs to suffer a financial burden.
