The bedrooms have queen beds and dressers, the master TV has a fire stick. Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided.

The property has a nice outdoor entertaining area and a BBQ. The lanai is enclosed and has seating for four.

The Big Cypress Recreation Center is right around the corner and Eisenhower is a five minute golf cart ride away. There are two pools within walking distance of the property. Palmetto, Sweetgum and Mangrove executive golf courses are within a five minute golf cart drive. Evans Prairie Championship golf course is only ten minutes away by golf cart.

Pinellas Plaza is a couple minute golf cart ride away where you will find groceries, pharmacy, dining and other services. If you prefer Colony Plaza, that is only 15 minutes away by golf cart.

Brownwood Paddock Square is 10 minutes away by golf cart, even faster if you drive. While Lake Sumter is 20 minutes by golf cart, or just ten minutes if you drive.

As a courtesy a two passenger gas golf cart is included. Property taxes, utilities, high speed internet, cable TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

While we accept a dog of any size, we can not accept cats.

$50 Two Temporary Resident IDs (Paid directly to The Villages)
Applicable Taxes (currently 7% of rental rate and cleaning fee)

$750 deposit due within 7 days of booking
50% of rental fee due 60 days after signing contract
Balance of rent/Cleaning Fee/Taxes due 60 days prior to check in

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
