A great place to call home while you are renting with us. You will find it has everything you will need including linens and towels, along with towels for the pool. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen tv, ceiling fan with light, dresser, night stand, and a walk in closet. There is an adjoining bathroom with two sinks, and a walk-in shower. The Guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan with light, night stands and a large closet. There is an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
You will see all the essentials in the kitchen including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a Keurig coffeemaker and a regular coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, glassware, dishes, utensils and small appliances you'll need to prepare meals at home. There is a small eat-in table seating for 4 in the kitchen and a dining area with seating for six.
You can make yourself at home in our screened in lanai with a private blocked wall and a privacy fence on the side courtyard. This villa has a patio set outside, as well as a patio set for inside the screened in lanai. They both seat four. A perfect place to relax and read a good book. We provide two TVs one in the Living room and in the Master bedroom. It also has a washer and dryer plus an utility sink in the garage. The garage can accommodate one car plus a golf cart. The garage door also has a screen for relaxing out of the sun. We also have a BBQ for grilling and a chaise lounge for sunbathing and relaxing.We also have two light weight lawn chairs in case you need a chair to take to the town squares or Edna's on the Green. This villa is near to many conveniences for instance grocery stores, restaurants, banks and Walgreen's. The villa is also nearby to 4 executive golf courses. If you are wanting to do some shopping, Pinellas and Colony Plazas are a short drive away. If you are checking out rec centers, Sterling Hts. is your closest one where you will find a pool, pickleball courts and outside activities. You are in walking distance to the community pool and mail station. The main regional rec centers also very close by. Sea Breeze is a block away and Eisenhower is a short drive down the road. If you are interested in the free nightly entertainment at the town squares you are half way between Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landings. Feel like taking a bicycle ride? Cancelation Policy:
