Rental Policy:
$1500 Security Deposit is required within the same day of the lease agreement being signed. The security deposit will be returned within 15 days after departure
100% of rental fee due 60 days prior to arrival date.
The rental rate is based on double occupancy. Additional people staying longer than 7 days will incur a fee.
Subleasing is not permitted
A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed if required. It is recommended that renters employ a cleaning service if in doubt.
Temporary Resident ID for full access to Villages amenities will have $50 fee charged for each tenant (maximum 2 per household)
There is no cleaning service provided and tenants are required to keep the premises clean and free from debris and any food sources that may attract pests
Check in is after 3:00 PM on arrival day and check out is at or before 11:00 AM on the day of departure
