All Utilities, Smart TV, Internet service, trash and lawn service are included with our short-term rentals. (Less than 4 months). Longer rentals (over 4 months) can receive a discount on the rent and will be expected to pay for all utilities with exception of lawn and trash service.

Rental Policy:
$1,500.00 Security/Deposit due upon booking. (Processing fee if canceled within 90 days.)
$150.00 Cleaning Fee
Charges for Items not returned or damaged at time of check out will be deducted from your security deposit such as, Garage door openers, Gate passes, House Keys

Rates are based on double occupancy; additional guest rates will apply.
