Master bedroom includes a king size bed, dresser, chest, two nightstands and a 55-inch smart 4G tv. Second bedroom has a queen bed, chest, two nightstands and a 32-inch smart tv. Front bedroom has a full bed, chest, vanity, two nightstands with a 32-inch smart tv.

Living room and dining room are set up to relax and entertain. Comfortable wrap around couch, chair and 75-inch smart 4G tv to ensure that you don't miss one bit of the game. The dining room has a huge round table with eight chairs, but you can remove the outer leaves to make it more intimate (stays round). Open views from the dining room to the tv.

Breakfast nook has a table and four comfortable chairs. There is a nice window to look out of while enjoying your morning coffee.

Lanai has two recliners for relaxing with a good book. A table and chairs for dining or playing cards. There is a bookcase on the lanai with games, books, and cards. Two bikes for exploring the neighborhood.

Fully furnished and stocked with all you need to make it your home.

Tile flooring in all common areas. The bedrooms are carpeted.

High speed internet, Spectrum channels, NetFlix, lawn service, gas, water, electric, and automatic sprinklers are included. You just have to bring your toothbrush, clothes, and food.

All rentals for less than 7 months, add 7% Florida State Short Term Rental Sales Tax (subject to change)

To reserve: a Reservation deposit of 50% of total rent and security deposit ($1,000) is due within 10days of booking. A cleaning fee of $220 will be deducted from the security deposit. Cleaning fee is not refundable.
The remaining balance of the rent is due 60-days prior to occupancy (lease start date). If the booking is made within 60-days of the first date of you stay, then 100% of the total rent and security deposit is due within 10-days of booking.

4 seater electric golf cart is now included in all rentals from April 2024 forward (why the price increase).

Rental is non-refundable unless I can rent it out for the same period at the same rate. Check in at 4pm and check out is 10 am. A temporary resident ID is available for $50 (optional). Full security deposit minus the cleaning fee will be refunded within 15 days of departure after inspection of the property.

The villages are an active Senior Community for residents 55 years+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
