Overlooking both the Arnold Palmer golf course and Lake Sumter, this beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bathroom Premier home is located just one mile from Sumter Landing. Special features include a full summer kitchen (sink, grill, refrigerator, ice maker), extra deep lanai complete with two power awnings and two eight-top tables, a study (in case this is a "work-cation" for you), a 75 inch TV in the great room, a 65 inch TV in the master bedroom and 55 inch TVs in the other 3 bedrooms with YouTube TV service to all TVs, a full pool bathroom with shower (so you don't have to walk through the house cold and dripping), a contemporary sectional featuring 4 recliners, a wine cooler in butler's pantry (keep your chardonnay cool, of course), two beverage cooler drawers in the kitchen (in case you prefer diet coke to wine), a 2019 Yamaha 4 seater golf cart (extra fee), and 2 bicycles. In case you may have allergies, all floors are tiled. At night you can enjoy the lanai light show...new LED lighting across the top of the birdcage and surrounding the bar area along with lighting in the pool, spa, fountain, pillars, and landscaping.

Rates are quoted for 2 guests. An additional charge of $15/night/extra guest applies.

2019 Yamaha 4 seater gas powered golf cart included in rent.

Renting by the week may be available upon request.

All utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, weekly pool service, newspaper and internet are included. Pool is heated to 84 degrees from May thru October...ask us about possible surcharge for heating pool above 84 degrees and/or during the winter months (November thru April).

Rental Policy: $2000 Security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Security fee will be refunded within 2 weeks of end of stay if no damage or loss exists. Rental fee plus a $250 cleaning fee are due 90 days prior to start of rental period. Payment may be made by check, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. Monthly Rates run from 4pm on the 1st day of the month to 9am on the last day of the month.

NO SMOKING in the house, on the Lanai or in the pool area. Smoking is not good for you anyway.

No Pets (Sorry...I am a pet lover but as you know they may have accidents and other renters may be allergic).

Cancellation Policy: Security deposit will be returned at time of cancellation. Once paid, the rental fee will not be returned unless the home can be rented again (I will try my best).
