Electricity, natural gas, internet, landscaping maintenance, water/sewer, and trash collection are included.

This is a short-term vacation rental and not available for long-term leases. Terms of occupancy are contained in a written Rental Lease Agreement and the Rules and Regulations of the Villas which will be provided once an offer of tenancy is made. There is no smoking or pets allowed. Tenant is responsible for a $225 cleaning fee, the Florida 7% Occupancy Tax, a $600 security deposit, and an optional $50 fee to obtain two Villages Lifestyle Resident ID Cards. Notices of cancellation are subject to restrictions and a processing fee.

Peak Season (January through March) must be booked as a 3 month stay. April of each year will not be opened for reservations until the preceding Peak Season is booked and under contract.
