A signed rental agreement plus first month Rent (non-refundable unless able to find replacement) plus a $1200 Security Deposit due within 3 days of booking guarantees your reservation.
Balance of Rent due 60 days prior to visit.
Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional 10% will be added to the rent for each additional person.
7% Florida/Sumter County tax applies to bookings less than 6 months.
The Security deposit less $300.00 cleaning fee will be returned within 30 days of departure if there are no damages or losses. This will include return of keys, garage door remotes, security gate cards and mailbox key (if furnished).

There are 30 Executive golf courses and you will find championship courses Bonifay, Evan Prairie, Belle Glade, Havana Country Club, Cane Garden and Mallory Country Club.
The Villages offers something for everyone with over 3000 clubs for any hobby or activity that you may already enjoy or another that you may want to learn/try.Additionally, Tenant pays $50 fee to The Villages for (2) Resident Village ID cards. This card provides access to all Villages facilities; especially recommended for golfers!

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
