MONTHLY RENTAL POLICY: No smoking and no pets. No exceptions. Anyone staying in the home must be disclosed on the rental agreement.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. You must purchase a temporary Villages resident ID for $50. All utilities, property insurance, trash, lawn service, pest control, amenity fee, water, WIFI, cable TV and voice remote are included in the rental amount.

A $1,500 security deposit is due within 14 days of booking. This guarantees your reservation and locks in your rental contract period. Full rental balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The security deposit minus a $130 cleaning fee will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear.

Tenant cancellation will forfeit a mandatory $200 re-booking fee. Tenant cancellation within 90 days of arrival will forfeit all rental payment unless we are able to secure another renter under the same terms.
