Internet, WIFI, streaming television, utilities (water, trash, sewer & electric), grill, golf clubs, Nintendo Wii, lawn and pest service, use of gas-powered golf cart are all included with the property rental (renter responsible for fuel). Travelers and/or renters insurance is recommended, but not required. We do not charge for guest IDs, The Villages, however, does charge a fee for some IDs, but again we do not charge our guests for wanting to have a pass to use the many amenities that are available in this community.

Rental Policy: There is a $500 Reservation Fee, due at the time of booking, along with a signed rental agreement, which becomes part of the Damage/Security Deposit upon checking in. The other half of the Damage/Security Deposit, $500, is due 90 days, for a total of $1000 Damage/Security Deposit. There is a one-time $125 Cleaning Fee and applicable State & Local Taxes/Fees for the Rental (see notice below).

Notice:
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+, young visitors are allowed for limited time periods, and family activities are available through The Villages.
All international tenants/guests must provide a copy of passport/visa and permanent address. US Citizens/Residents tenants/guests must provide permanent address and copy of government issued ID.
FL State Transient Sale Tax 6%, FL State Lake County Sales Surtax 1%, Lake County Transient Tax 4% applicable to total rental charge of all transient rentals for rental periods of six months or less.
Tenant/Leasee is responsible for wire transfer and processing fees and/or limits, so please, verify with your banking institution and/or electronic payment provider what, if any, fees and/or limits there may be.
