The setting of the Fenney area will take your breath away with choices of pool close by including a resort style pool adjacent to the popular Fenney Grill where you can enjoy lunch or dinner as you sit by the pool. In the evening, happy hour and live music are available under the tree near the pool and newly remodeled Fenney Recreation Center. The beautiful giant oaks and nature trail, putt-putt golf with two nine-hole putting courses, pickle ball courts, corn toss, shuffleboard and various amenities make a Fenney a beautiful and unique destination.

Sawgrass Grove, Brownwood Town Center and Edna's On The Green are a short drive away providing live music daily along with shops and restaurants! Paddock Square and the new Magnolia Plaza just a short drive away for groceries, shopping and dining. Your Villages ID will be included and provide access to many organized activities, clubs, recreation centers, golf courses (several to choose from close by) and pools. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. You will find most small appliances you might need including Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender along with all new cookware, bakeware, flatware, dishes and glassware. Linens, ironing board and iron are all provided for your stay. The folding table can seat up to 6 people.

Master Bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, nightstand with lamp, flat screen HDTV, ceiling fan. The Master Bath has double sinks, walk-in shower with bench, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a size queen bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, closet and full bath.******

Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included.

Rental Policy:
$750 Security Deposit & 50% of rental fee due within 7 days of booking. Balance of all rental fees will be due 45 days in advance during low season, 60 days in advance in High Season.
Month rental includes Lifestyle ID and 4 seat golf cart

$150 Cleaning Fee (will be deducted from security deposit)

If Cancelation needed - Security deposit return only when re-rented. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
