Streaming services include sports packages, HBO, Cinemax, local channels, movies and much, much more.

A newly remodeled summer kitchen is located under the screened-in lanai and holds a gas grill, mini refrigerator, ice machine and bar sink so you can relax and enjoy the solar heated pool and hot tub without ever having to leave the lanai.

Rental Policy:

Monthly rental amounts are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For two couples wishing to share the house an additional 10% per person will be added to the rent. There will not be a charge for occasional overnight guests.

50% of total rent amount due within 7 days of booking.
$1000.00 security deposit (damage/loss), remaining rental amount and $250.00 cleaning fee due 30 days before occupancy. Security deposit minus any damages, if applicable, will be refunded within 30 days.
Resident IDs are available for $50, the cost of processing the paperwork.
Rent is non-refundable unless a replacement renter is found.

*The pool is solar heated. The spa is heated with natural gas. A $200 monthly gas allowance is included in the rent, overages will be deducted from the security deposit and the gas bill will be provided to the renter for verification.

Property taxes, utilities (*see gas information above), internet, cable TV, trash, pool/spa service and lawn service are included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
