Security deposit and fifty percent of total rental amount are due within 7 days of booking.
The remainder of rent, cleaning fee, pet fee and villages ID's are due 60 days prior to check in and they will be nonrefundable if rental agreement is cancel and owner is unable to locate a new tenant. The rental begins at 4 pm the 1st day of the month and departure is by 10 am the last day of the month.
The $700.00 deposit will be refundable within 7 business days after the end of the rental period if there is no damage to the property and has been kept fairly clean. There will be a $50 charge for each lost key or gate pass.
TO RESERVE THIS VILLA SIGNED THE RENTAL AGREEMENT (which will be provided) PAY THE DEPOSIT AND THE 50% OF THE TOTAL RENT WITHIN 7 DAYS. You can send the payment via cashier check or zelle.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
