Living room has plenty of seating, 50inch Smart TV with Xfinity wifi. Dining room seats six. Washer and dryer in the laundry room. Grill available in the garage.
Master bedroom suite includes a King-sized bed, walk-in closet, walk-in shower, double sinks, all linens (sheets, blankets, towels, etc) provided.
Second bedroom has a King bed and full closet.
Third bedroom has two single beds for additional sleeping options with closet.
Large screened Lanai is perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing.
Eat-in kitchen has ample counter space and plenty of storage space, dishes, cookware, flatware and small appliances. Refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher in the kitchen;

Rates do not include additional fees such as The Villages ID', security deposit, taxes or cleaning fees.


All payments must be in US funds.

$700.00 security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival (refundable within two weeks of departure)

$250.00 cleaning fee(deducted from security deposit)

50% of full rental amount is due within one week of signed lease executed more than 60 days prior to arrival. The security deposit, balance of rental amount and cleaning fee are due 60 days before arrival. Full amount of rental, security deposit and other fees are due with signed lease if rental commences less than 60 days before arrival.

7% state & local taxes apply

$50 fee for (2) Resident Village ID cards including executive golf is paid directly to the Villages,

Keys, a garage door opener will be provided at check-in. There will be a $100 charge for each lost item.

Payments accepted, cashiers check, wired funds, venmo or PayPal. Personal checks accepted when booking 60 days or more in advance.

Check in - 4 p.m. check out -10 a.m.
No smoking.
Pets considered on an individual basis.

In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit will be refunded in full. Rent paid will be refunded less a $150.00 processing fee and any difference in rental rate, if the house cannot be re-rented, or re-rented at the same rate. Some renters opt for trip cancellation insurance..

**Please note: I am renting the house, I do not rent golf carts and do not guarantee the use of one, but will permit the use of my private cart with a signed waiver.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
