Relaxing and spacious Lantana Designer home with large Florida room, pool, and hot tub. New furnishings and repainted throughout. Two person golf cart included.

This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac providing easy and enjoyable golf cart commuting or bicycle excursions (we have 2 bicycles). A short drive using the golf cart or car to the grocery store at the Colony Shopping Center or to the nearby community center where you can play tennis, pickleball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, bocce ball, or swim in the family pool. Sumter square is only a very short drive. Close to the home is an adult pool for swimming laps and relaxing. As a renter you are able enjoy all that The Villages offers. The Florida room provides a summer kitchen with a gas grill, refrigerator and television with lots of seating for entertaining and dining. The pool and birdcage are surrounded by plenty of thick hedges and foliage for a nice private but airy pool area. The house has tile floors throughout the main area and carpet in the bedrooms. Additionally, the laundry room is inside the home between the kitchen and garage. The three bedrooms are furnished with one king and two queen sized beds all new. The family room has a 65 inch TV. The master bedroom has a 55 inch TV. The Florida room has a 65 inch TV. All televisions are connected to Xfinity cable.

Two week minimum rental. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.

We strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment in the event of an illness, weather, or other life event requires you to cancel your trip. Renting a vacation property from a private owner is very different from booking a hotel. When you book a vacation rental, we are removing the property from open listings based on your commitment to rent our home and we have entered the agreement in good faith. Trip insurance will help cover costs so neither party needs to suffer a financial burden.

Utilities included: cable TV, trash, lawn service, weekly pool service, electricity, gas, and internet. Hot tub is heated to 102 degrees, Pool is heated to 82 degrees. Pool temperature is also subject to the air temperature. The pool heat pump may not be able to heat the pool adequately on cold days to maintain a temperature of 82 degrees.

Rental Policy: $1000 Security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Security fee will be refunded within 3 weeks of end of stay if no damage or loss exists. Rental balance plus $225 cleaning fee are due 90 days prior to start of rental period. Payment may be made by check or Venmo. Monthly Rates run from 4pm on the 1st day of the month to 10am on the last day of the month

NO SMOKING in the house, on the Lanai or in the pool area. No Pets (I am a pet lover but, as you know they may have accidents, and other renters may have pet allergies).

Cancellation Policy: Security deposit will be returned at time of cancellation. Once paid, within the 90 days, the rental fee will not be returned unless the home can be rented again. (I will try my best to do that). If re-rented, all monies will be returned.

Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and wifi, are included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
