The rental rate does not include 7% Sumter County tourism tax and Villager ID cards. Villagers ID (for 2 people) may be purchased for $50. This allows you to use any of the 36 executive golf courses, all recreation facilities and wonderful amenities the Villages has to offer.
Rental price is based on 2 adult occupants. However, there will be an additional charge of $125.00 a week for stays of longer than 7 day guests. All visitors staying in home must be disclosed!

Check in time is 4:00 P.M. OR sooner if villa is ready.
Check out is 10:00 A.M. on the LAST day of the month.

Available- may be rented by Month or Week Please reach out for weekly and/or daily rates.

Below are 2024 monthly rates:

May-September -REDUCED to $1700 ( reg price was $2500) per month
Weekly-$700

October- $2,950
November-December- $3,250 per month

2025 monthly rates:
January-March- $5,300 per month-RENTED

April- $4500- available

All property taxes, utilities, smart TV , WIFI internet, trash, lawn service are included in Rentals.

Reservation Deposit: 50% of total rental amount with deposit and signed Rental Agreements due 4 days from booking date -- Copy of Drivers License or Identification card required - Reservation deposits are only refundable if the home is able to be re-rented.-- In the event, a Refund is Due and the property is re-rented, a $200 processing fee will be charged Please see Info 4 Renters on the Main page for Information regarding Vacation Insurance. The remaining 50% rental amount, cleaning fee and pet fee(if applicable) are due 60 days prior to your stay. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure provided there are no damages.

Rental Policy:
$1,000 Deposit/Security due within 4 days of booking.
$200 Cleaning Fee

Golf cart is not included but golf cart rentals are available in the Villages by the day, week or month.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
