Situated in between two Regional Recreation Centers, Lake Miona and Sea Breeze, and just minutes from excellent Country Club dining and championship golf at Cane Garden, Havana, Palmer Legends, Evans Prairie and Mallory Hill.
Upon obtaining the $50 (per couple) temporary resident ID you can play all executive golf courses and use the facilities at all recreation centers .

This spacious "At Ease" floor plan offers an east facing lanai that is perfect for your morning coffee and evening refreshments, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need if you decide to dine at home.
Eat-in kitchen has seating for 4 and the dining room table seats 6.

The living room has a 55" smart TV with Roku for your streaming entertainment.

The large master bedroom has a private bath with step-in shower, a roomy walk-in closet, ample storage and a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is set up as a den with another TV and a queen size sleeper sofa.

All linens and towels are supplied, including pool towels.

This is a dog-friendly home for one or two well-behaved, housebroken small (<25lbs) dogs. An additional fee of $150 per dog applies. Please contact us to discuss.

Monthly and weekly rates include taxes, daily newspaper, internet, electricity, trash, and lawn service. Published rates are for double occupancy only (2 guests). Your guests are welcome for up to 4 nights, but please contact us to discuss rates for longer visits.


No Smoking in unit or on property, this policy is strictly enforced and will result in a total loss of your deposit.
Security Deposit of $750 (cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from deposit). Deposit (minus cleaning fee) shall be refunded within 30 days after end of lease provided no damage occurred.

Cancellation: If greater than 90 days from rental start date and the home can be re-rented for same rental period without a loss, Security Deposit will be refunded less $200 processing fee.

$750 security deposit and signed rental agreement must be received within 7 days of booking to reserve the property for the month(s) selected.
50% of rental fee (rental deposit) must be received within 120 days before check in, otherwise you are subject to cancellation of your rental period. The other 50% of rental fee will be due 45 days before check in.

Payment Options: check only. Please provide tracking for your protection.

Check-in is at 4 pm on the day of rental and check-out is at 10 am on date of departure.

Mail box is available during your stay. Please be advised that property owner will not be responsible for mail received after your rental departure date.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
