Large master bedroom has King size bed with new mattress a flatscreen TV, and full master bathroom with shower.

Second bedroom includes King size bed and ample closet space with full bathroom.

The large living room is warm and inviting with flat screen TV.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. Eat-in kitchen with seating for four and formal dining room with seating for six.

For nightly rentals short term I.D. cards are available at no charge. For monthly rentals a$50 The Villages I.D. Card is available (This is a charge that The Villages charges to transfer our personal I.D. so you can enjoy free golf on executive courses, access to most swimming pools, recreational centers, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard and many other activities).

You must see the awesome free entertainment at any and all of the three squares. Music is 5:00-9:00 nightly. Music is also offered at many of the restaurants in the squares.

Rental Policy:
Nightly (3 night minimum) $105.00 + 11% Tax + $100.00 Cleaning fee.
May - September: $1,200/month
October-November: $1,600/month
December: $2,100/month
January-April 3,500/month. (3 month minimum)

Monthly rental requires $400.00 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. This secures your desire to hold your rental month.
$150.00 Cleaning Fee


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
