A reservation deposit is due 5 days from booking and is equal to the equivalent of 50% of the total rental amount plus a $700 Security Deposit and $150 cleaning fee. (monthly installments are available for multi-month stays booked at least four months in advance). The 50% remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival. A 7% FL tax is included in the rental fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is highly recommended as lease fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

The security deposit is refundable 15 days after the villa is vacated providing no damages have occurred. References may be required.

No smoking is permitted on the premises.

No pets.

Temporary Resident ID Cards are available at regional recreation centers for an additional $50.00.
The Resident IDs allow for the enjoyment of any of the amenities at the Villages, including free access to executive golf courses (reduced fees to championship courses), swimming, recreation centers, discounted movie tickets and more.

Very nice 4 seat Yamaha gas golf cart included!
