Walk to Clifton Cove putting course, and St. Catherine Pool/Rec area. Jubilee putting course and Micky Lee pitch + putt and Eastport a short golf cart ride away. Middleton town center 10 away!

OWNER PAYS: Amenity Fees, utilities and WIFI, water, sewer, trash, taxes, professional lawn service, and pest control.

RENTER POLICY: $1000.00 Security Deposit and 1st month rent within 7 days of booking. Security deposit refundable (however if cancelled and not re-rented, deposit is non-refundable). Balance of rent and $250.00 Cleaning Fee due 6 months prior arrival.
7% sales tax collected on rentals less than 6 months.

Long term (6+ months) $2000.00.
Annual rental: tenant pays utilities, application fee and renter's policy.

Optional $50.00 Temporary Resident ID (paid to and issued by The Villages). Provides privileges for 2 people to use rec centers, pools, all classes, club activities, all amenities enjoyed by Villages residents.

Two additional guests may stay up to 4 days, and must have permission to stay longer, with small add on fee. No subletting.
