From this highly desired location you can walk to the Sawgrass Grove Complex, and Ezell Recreation Center, Short drive to Middleton and Brownwood town centers! Walk to Clifton Cove putting course) and St. Catherine Pool/Rec area. Jubilee putting course, Micky Lee pitch + putt, and Southern Star courses and new Eastport and Middleton are a short cart ride away!

OWNER PAYS: Amenity Fees, utilities and WIFI, water, sewer, trash, taxes, professional lawn service, and pest control.

RENTER POLICY: $1000.00 Security Deposit within 7 days. Security deposit non refundable if cancelled. Half rent due 6 months prior occupancy, balance plus $250.00 Cleaning Fee is due 45 days prior to arrival. (If renting for 3+ months, will split fees into two payments.)

Optional $50.00 Temporary Resident ID (paid to and issued by The Villages). Provides privileges for 2 people to use rec centers, pools, all classes, club activities, all amenities enjoyed by Villages residents.

Two additional guests may stay up to 4 days, and must have permission to stay longer, with small add on fee. No subletting.
