Rental Policy:
$1000.00 Damage and Security Deposit is due at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable (unless the property can be re-booked for the same time period). The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. $200 Cleaning Fee. $50 Lifestyle ID(s) which are needed to enjoy golf and all the indoor and outdoor activities in the Villages. Half (1/2) of total rent due thirty (30) days after booking. Balance due sixty (60) days prior to check-in. If rental start date is less than 30 days of booking, 100% of rent is due. Monthly Rates run the 1st to the last day of the month. Check in 4:00 pm. Check out 11:00 am.
