Rental Policy:
Rental charges for 50% of the lease term is due within 30 days of booking, remaining 50% due 45 days prior to first day of occupancy.

Deposit:
$750.00 Due within 7 days of booking and refundable at the end of the lease following satisfactory property inspection and processing time. Please be in mind the deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled by Tenant after booking.

Cleaning Fee:
$200.00 Due within 7 days of booking the property.

Temporary Villages ID (Optional):
$50 for 2 IDs which allows access to all golf courses, exercise facilities and activities, due within 7 days of booking. Alternatively, the Renter can elect to pay the fee directly for Temporary Villages ID's cards when they are picked up.

Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, are included in monthly rentals.
Tenants are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage for Golf Cart Use.
