It is walking distance to the Citrus Grove Adult Pool and the Homestead Recreation Center with a Family Pool.

The Sawgrass Complex is a short golf cart ride away. The Market at Sawgrass features: Frenchys Wood-Fired Pizza Bar, Willys Original Burgers, Little Fin Seafood Shack, a Local Butcher and Market, coffee, ice cream and The Southern Oaks Golf Pro Shop.

Sawgrass also features: The Music and Entertainment Venue, McGradys Restaurant & Pub, The Clifton Cove 18 Hole Putting Course, Ezell Recreational Center with a Sports Pool, Shuffleboard, Tennis, Fitness Club, Corn Toss and Bocce Ball. The SOUTHERN OAKS 18 HOLE CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE is across the street from the Sawgrass Complex and Ezell. Grab your clubs, get in the golf cart and head that way!

This 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Haven Model Home is Fully Furnished for your comfort and stocked with all supples needed for your stay. The open concept central area of the home features the Kitchen with all Stainless Steel Appliances including a gas stove. It has a Dining area and bar stools in the kitchen for extra seating. The Living Room is furnished with a sofa and loveseat, a 50" Smart TV and High Speed Internet. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Therapedic Escapade mattress and the Guest Bedroom on the opposite end of the home has a Queen Size Beauty Rest Black mattress. Both Mattresses are firm models. The Laundry closet features an LG Full Size stacked Washer and Dryer. Off of the Living Room is the BIRD CAGE that we added to the home. It has comfortable seating for your outdoor living! The bird cage adds 154 square feet of extra living space.

This home has a one car garage PLUS a golf cart area within the garage. The Golf Cart Included (at no additional cost) is a 2021 Yamaha Quietech PTV Drive 2 EFI 2-Passenger Golf Cart. Equipped with Led lights, Turn signals, Horn, Seatbelts and an enclosure for rainy days. Renter will be responsible for gas used. (See Golf Cart Agreement) We have 24/7 towing assistance to the home for the golf cart if ever needed at no cost for the renters.

Monthly rentals of 2+ months include Temporary Resident Passes ($50 value). They are still available if you stay less than 2 months for $50. Temporary Resident Passes are needed for use of the Villages Amenities (access to Villages Facilities, Activities, Classes, Pools, and Executive Golf Courses). Also included with all rentals are Gate Passes to get you anywhere in the Villages, Subscription to the Daily Sun Newspaper, Utilities, Wi-Fi, Trash and Lawn Services.

Rental Policy: CHECK IN: 4:00pm CHECK OUT: 10:00am to allow for Thorough Cleaning / Sanitizing. Keys for the Home and Golf Cart, Garage Door Opener, Temporary Resident Passes and Gate Passes available upon arrival. FIRM NO SMOKING POLICY in and around the Villa and Golf Cart.
1st Payment: 1/2 of the total rate listed is due along with the signed contract and $750 security deposit within 10 days of booking.
Final Payment: Balance due at least 45 days before occupancy. Refunds on deposits are determined by the time which allows us to remarket and rent the property without loss of rent.
$150 Cleaning Fee. (Which will be deducted from the Security Deposit).
Rental price is based on 2 Adults.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for Residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
