NO Golf Cart due to insurance limitations. (We recommend that you be very careful on this issue as most insurance policies have exclusions within their policies for covered drivers. Golf Cart owners in the Villages are often unaware of these exclusions and let their renters use their golf carts). Villages Golf Carts usually have carts available for rent and will provide insurance coverage.
Rental Policy:
$1000 Refundable deposit/security due within 7 days of booking. Once an inspection is completed after the property is vacated at the end of the term and no damages are found the deposit will be refunded within 30 days. Full term rent due 60 days prior to occupancy date unless unit is to be rented with an occupancy date less than 60 days from the date of inquiry. Owner reserves the right to change this requirement. Only serious inquiries please. NO SHORT-TERM RENTALS. (less than a month). We prefer 2 months rentals but may consider 1 month. We use the home as a secondary residence during the year, so please look at the available dates in bookings first. There is a Maximum of 8 people staying in or visiting the unit. We do not allow vaping or smoking in our home.
$150 Cleaning Fee. Additional fees apply if housekeeper charges more for extras.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
