Rental Policy
In event of a cancellation, rental charges and security deposit are fully refundable ONLY if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival date and only if property is re-rented for the same period at the same rate. Rates do not include 7% Florida tax. Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am.

Deposit of $900 is due within 7 days of booking. 50 % of rental fee, must be received 120 days before check-in. The other 50% is due 45 days before check-in. Rates shown are for 2 adults. A temporary resident ID card ($50 for 2 people), to be paid for by renter, will be available for pickup upon arrival. $150 Cleaning Fee.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
