The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, chairs, ceiling fan and coffee table. A large dining table can accommodate up to eight people. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, desk, and large walk-in closet. A pocket door off the living room provides additional privacy to bedrooms 2 and 3 which are both equipped with queen beds and share a full bathroom. Enjoy outdoor living on the screened lenai and welcoming patio furniture. Bed linens, towels, and pillows are provided. Rates include two adult temporary resident ids, utilities, internet, YouTubeTV, trash, and lawn service.

GUEST IDs

With the two adults guest ids (included) you can enjoy reduced rates at Championship Golf Courses, heated pools, and all the amenities available to residents.

GOLF CART

The Villages is designed to allow both automobile and golf cart access throughout the entire community. Golf carts are a great way to get around The Villages. Our rental includes use of our 4-passenger Yamaha Electric Drive golf cart.

RENTAL POLICY.
1) A $1000 Security Deposit is due with 5 days of booking.
2) Rates include all utilities, high-speed internet access, trash, and lawn service.
3) Rates include two temporary resident ids which provide resident-like access to pools, golf courses, and facilities.
4) Rates include all Florida sales and rental taxes.
5) Payment is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
6) No pets, no smoking, no vaping.
7) $200 cleaning fee.
