The master suite has a king sized bed, a walk-in closet with customized shelving, drawers, and racks; the master bathroom has a walk-in shower. Linens are furnished.
The guest suite has a queen sized bed with an adjustable number mattress, bathroom with tub and shower, and a linen closet. The guest suite has a sliding door for additional privacy.
The den has a spacious corner desk, printer, sleeper sofa, and closet.
The laundry room is located inside the villa and has newly installed storage cabinets.
The golf cart is a 2024 Yamaha EFI and included with the rental, has seatbelts and roadside assistance. No smoking on the premises or golf cart.The garage is freshly painted. The garage floor has a new painted and sealed finish as do the patio and walkways.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
