The kitchen includes appliances, pots/pans, flatware, silverware, glassware, toaster, coffeemaker, crock pot, electric can opener, linens/towels, and a bar area with seating for two. The dining area includes a table with seating for 6, the living area has a sleep sofa, matching love seat, recliner, coffee table and TV stand with a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV along with wireless internet. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, large dresser and mirror with TV, armoire, large walk-in closet and bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, large closet and TV. Second bathroom and linen closet loaded with towels, sheets, and shark vacuum. In the kitchen area behind folding doors is a brand new washer and dryer. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened lanai with table and four chairs. End your evening with a steak on a brand new gas grill.

The Village resident ID cards INCLUDED which allow you to use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees(pay only trail fees if you wish to use a golf cart) and pay resident rates at the championship courses. The resident IDs also entitle you to access any of the family friendly and adult swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, pickle ball and tennis courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard, basketball, sand volleyball, horseshoe pits, billiard tables, and over 1000 organized weekly activities available at the recreational centers

Property taxes, utilities, Direct TV, WiFi, trash, lawn service are included

Rental Policy:
$600 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$125 Cleaning Fee - deduct from security deposit at the end of your stay
Upon booking, a rental agreement will be sent via mail/email. The signed agreement with the security deposit will be due within 7 days of booking and will list the home as unavailable.
Payment in full is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy:
In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit is refundable if the cancellation is received within 90 days of arrival and if the home is re-rented.
Check-in time: 3:00 pm on the first day of rental
Check-out time: 10:00 am on the last day of rental
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
