RENTAL POLICY: $750.00 security deposit plus one half 1/2 months rent is due upon the signing of the lease. Security deposit is refundable within 15 days after termination of the lease, assuming no rental damages occurred. Remaining half + $150 cleaning fee due 90 days prior to arrival. Check-in time is 4:00pm on first day of month. Check-out time is 10:00am on last day of month. Keys and gate passes available upon arrival and must be returned on last day. Security deposit refundable 15 days after occupancy provided villa is left in same condition as when rented.
Notes: Until confirmed with signed agreement, rates are subject to change without notice. Rental rates are for two people; third or fourth guest add $100 per guest per week plus $50 per month for village ID. All Florida Sales and Hospitality taxes, utilities, cable TV, wireless Internet and trash are included. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

Rental Rates
