RENTAL POLICY: Rent plus additional 7% tax a $500.00 security deposit plus one half 1/2 months rent is due upon the signing of the lease. Remaining half + $165 cleaning fee due 90 days prior to arrival.
Check-in time is 4:00pm on first day of month. Check-out time is 10:00am on last day of month. Keys and gate passes available upon arrival and must be returned on last day. Security deposit refundable 15 days after occupancy provided villa is left in same condition as when rented.
Notes: Until confirmed with signed agreement, rates are subject to change without notice. Rental rates are for two people; third or fourth guest add $100 per guest per week plus $50 for 2 guest per month for village ID.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
