$750 security deposit ($500 for weekly rental) due by 2 months prior to commencement date.

Cleaning fee $150 (subtracted from security deposit); Additional deductions for lost mailbox key ($40), gas grill not cleaned prior to departure ($75), and damage/extra cleaning necessary beyond normal wear & tear (TBD).

We rented Bob and Gretchen's clean and lovely Villages home the month of June 2022. Bob was easy to deal with and just an email or phone call away. He always got back to me promptly. He was also very kind and helpful during the most stressful move of our lives!!

The house itself was very nice and comfortable. The king and queen sized beds and reclining sofa and recliner chair all made us feel like we were home rather than a rental. The home came with all the things we needed including a kitchen with all the pots, pans and dishes plus fluffy bath towels and a big garage!

The community of The Villages is a playground for adults and has so much to do, youll never be bored! There are numerous stores and restaurants close by including Sams Club and several Publix.

We highly recommend Bob and Gretchen's beautiful rental home! Not only was the house comfy and the neighbors friendly, the owners were the best!! You just don't see this working with a rental company. Thank you Bob and Gretchen!
