Property Details

Master bedroom has King bed with a double sink vanity, walk-in shower and closet. Guest bedroom #1 has Queen bed and Guest bedroom #3 has twin bed but can be changed at renters request to a Queen and a large closet. Guest bathroom has tub/shower and single sink vanity.

Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, glassware, coffee maker and all necessary appliances to be fully functional including a gas stove.

Dining area sits four with separate seating at the kitchen island.

Outside seating is located on the patio.

There are 2 separate garages - one for automobile and a separate garage for golf cart (which is not included).

$2,800 per month for a year. Rent remains at $2,800 per month if lease agreement is signed for 2 years. First and last month due when lease is signed.

Villages Access Passes, property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included.

Owner is flexible to make the accommodations as comfortable as possible for renters.

Rental Policy:
$2,000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$350 Cleaning Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
