Front load washer and dryer inside, laundry tub, iron and ironing board. Even has formal dishes and crystal for entertaining. Fully equipped kitchen, all linen and towels provided. Just bring your clothes and toiletries. Newspaper, all utilities, and Wifi with high speed internet included.

Posted rates are for 2 people, non-smoking, with no pets. Minimum rental period is 2 months unless approved by the owner.

To reserve rental dates Renter(s) agrees to sign a lease agreement and pay a deposit of 50% of the total rent plus 7% Florida sales tax, plus a security deposit of $1,000 due within 7 days of booking. The remainder of the rental fee, sales tax, and a $175 cleaning fee are to be paid and received no later than 60 days prior to check-in. If booking is made less than 60 days from check-in, then 100% of the rental fee, taxes, cleaning fee, and security deposit are due along with the signed lease agreement at time of booking.
Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure, subject to inspection. $175 cleaning fee applies for any rental period.
The Villages charges a $50 fee for temporary resident IDs which unlock use of The Villages amenities; including pickleball courts, pools, golf courses, tennis courts, billiards, recreation center activities, and more. The Renter(s) will obtain these IDs directly from The Villages.
Golf cart is not included, rental can be arranged for a fee.
Lost gate cards, remotes, keys and garage door openers are replaced at the Renter(s) expense.
Owners live nearby and are contactable by phone or text for any property needs.

No smoking/vaping or pets allowed on property
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
January, February, and March will only be rented as a 3 month block of time at 5000.00/ month

Rental Rates
