This fully furnished villa has a remodeled floor plan that is bright and open. The entire home is furnished with all of the supplies and necessities to assure an enjoyable stay. The fully stocked kitchen features all major appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A sliding glass door takes you from the living room area to a screened lanai with a gas barbecue grill.

The rental fee includes two Temporary Resident IDs (monthly rentals only) so you can enjoy the same privileges as homeowners such as access to all of the amenities and activities of The Villages. If you golf, there is no charge for green fees on any of The Villages Executive golf courses and a discount on all of the Championship golf courses. The home has a Yamaha gas golf cart that the owners give permission to the renters to use for golfing and for easy access to the many nearby attractions and shopping (available at no charge for monthly rentals and beyond). The golf cart is not leased or rented to tenants and Landlords are not given any compensation in exchange for permission to fully use the golf cart. All costs for utilities, WIFI internet, trash pickup, and landscaping maintenance are included. Rio Grande pool is 1 mile from the house, Chula Vista regional recreation center is 1.5 miles from the house, and Tierra Del Sol Country Club, which has a pool open to residents and the most challenging championship golf course in the villages is 1.1 miles away.
