The Master bedroom has a brand new king-sized bed. Guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Third bedroom is a den with a sitting area and a desk but an inflatable twin bed and bedding is included. The Florida room has a dining table and an electric recliner with side table for enjoying the Florida mornings. The new back patio has a covered gas grill. Living room has a flat screen TV and DVD/Blue Ray player. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with filtered ice and water in the door, and small appliances (toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, crock pot, electric skillet, and electric can opener). In addition, this house is perfect if you have any mobility issues. Double bar handles next to the commode and a walk-in jacuzzi tub in the master bath (can also be used as a shower). Power Lift Recliner in Florida room and power recliner in Living Room. Washer and Dryer in garage. Also, if you cannot be parted from your fur babies, we will accommodate pets at our discretion.

Deposit INCLUDES $150 pet deposit (if needed, non-refundable), $150 cleaning fee (non-refundable), $50 for Villages Guest Passes (non-refundable), $650 (returned 15 days after checkout if there is no damage to the house. Cost of damages deducted if needed)

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
