This open floor plan has ceramic tiling throughout the living room, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings and high end laminate flooring in the bedrooms. Large area rugs throughout add a sense of coziness.

Living Room: Recliner, sofa, chair, oversized ottoman and foot stool/end table, end table with lamp and home phone. Entertainment Center with sound-bar, DVD, 65" HD flat screen TV, Hulu, Showtime and HBO. A Google mini for news or music is available. As well as, a small collection of movies and a ceiling fan.

Dining Area: Large expandable table that seats up to 10 people. 4 Cloth Covered/Wood chairs and a bench. A large buffet with wine glasses, bar, battery operated candles and a light over the table.

Kitchen: Flat top electric stove, Dishwasher and Garbage disposal. A fully stocked kitchen with Kitchenaid Mixer, Toaster, Crock Pot, Kuerig coffee maker, Non Stick and Stainless Steel Pots/Pans, Seasoned Cast Iron and Enamel coated dutch oven. Bread and Pie pans/plates. Spiralizer, Blender and Mandolin. A 4 seat glass top table and 4 counter stools for seating. Some cleaning supplies are available.

Laundry Room: Washer and Dryer are in the garage. Some cleaning supplies. Iron and Ironing board available

Master Bedroom: A King size bed with a Tempurpedic Mattress. Side table with lamp, Large triple dresser with mirror. Large walk in closet with hangers. Extra pillows. Sewing kit. Ceiling fan and 32" HD wall mounted TV. Side chair. Master bath has large walk in shower, hair dryer, magnifying mirror and some cleaning supplies.

Second Bedroom: Queen size memory foam/gel mattress. Chest of drawers, side table with lamp, wicker chair and ottoman. A 55" TV and a large private closet with extra duvet, blanket and pillows.

Main Bathroom: Shower/tub combination. Hair dryer is also included with hand held mirrors and some cleaning supplies.

Linen Closet: Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, beach towels, bed sheets for both beds, extra blankets, Dyson Ball vacuum, Swiffer wet/dry mop and rag broom.

Lanai: Lanai is enclosed and semi-private. Seating for 4 and there are extra chairs in garage.

Garage: There is a 4 Passenger Yamaha Golf Cart, His and Hers Golf Clubs and 2 bicycles with helmets. Insulated Picnic bag for Pool or golf cart. Pool noodles.

Daily newspaper is included upon request and long distance phone service to anywhere in the US and Canada.



The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
