Rates:
Available for 3-4 months (November 15, 2024 through March 15, 2025). $5,250 per month if rented for 3 months; $4,500 per month if rented for 4 months.

$1,000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking
Full rent due 60 days prior to start of lease and is non-refundable unless property is subsequently rented for the same period and rate.

The Villages Resident ID card is available for an additional fee of $50 (paid directly to The Villages) and is good for the duration of your stay. The resident pass entitles you to free golf (you pay trail fees, unless you walk) at the Executive courses and reduced rates at the Championship/Country Club golf courses. Please check The Villages website for the most current information.

All utilities, cable TV, internet, trash, and pest control are all included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
