Weekly rates are available April through December..please inquire. The villa has very convenient access to 3 executive golf courses: Redfish Run, Bonita Pass , Tarpon Boil and 6 others are less than 10 minutes away by cart. Upon obtaining the $50 (per couple) temporary resident ID you can play all executive golf courses and use the facilities at all recreation centers . It is also convenient to great championship golf at Cane Gardens, Palmer Legends, Mallory Hill and Havana courses. Nearby is the Pennecamp Pool and Fishhawk Recreation Center. The villa is just a short distance to Lake Sumter Landing Town Square and Brownwood Paddock Square with live entertainment 365 nights a year including plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants. Streaming TV, Daily newspaper, Internet, WiFi, electric, trash, lawn service are included. Fully equipped kitchen and new linens. Published rates above are for double occupancy only (2 guests). Additional guests will result in a $25 per person per day charge.
No Smoking is allowed in unit or on property, this policy is strictly enforced and will result in a total loss of your deposit. Security Deposit of $1000 is required.Cleaning fee is $150.
Deposit shall be refunded within 30 days after end of lease provided no damage occurred. Cancellation: If greater than 90 days from rental start date and the home can be re-rented for same rental period without a loss, Security Deposit will be refunded less $200 processing fee.
A $1000 security deposit, 50% of rental fee and signed rental agreement must be received within 7 days of booking to reserve the property for the month(s) selected.
The remaning 50% of rental fee will be due 90 days before check in. Payment Options: check or Zelle only. Please provide tracking for your protection.
Check-in is at 4 pm on the day of rental and check-out is at 10 am on date of departure. Mail- Mail box is available during your stay. Please be advised that property owner will not be responsible for mail received after your rental departure date. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
Rates do not include state and local taxes of 7%.
