Rental Policy: $600 Deposit/Security due upon booking, refundable after checkout.
50% of rental fee also due upon booking. Balance of the rental fee due 30 days prior to check in with a $100Cleaning Fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
