Rental Policy:

Rental rates are for up to 2 people. Additional guests - $50.00 per week per person - up to a maximum of 6 people.

January - March - 3 month minimum.

All payments must be in US funds.

$1,200.00 security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival (refundable within two weeks of departure)

$200.00 cleaning fee

$75.00 fee if golf car not left with a full tank.

50% of full rental amount is due within one week of signed lease executed more than 60 days prior to arrival. The security deposit, balance of rental amount, cleaning fee and temporary resident ID fees are due 60 days before arrival. Full amount of rental, security deposit and other fees are due with signed lease if rental commences less than 60 days before arrival.

7% state & local taxes not included in posted rental rates.

Payments accepted by Zelle, Venmo, or Bank check. Personal checks accepted when booking 60 days or more in advance.

Check in - 4 p.m. check out -10 a.m.
No smoking.
Pets (dogs) considered on an individual basis. $500.00 pet deposit. Bedroom carpets and area rugs professionally cleaned to remove pet fur/hair to remove allergens in the event next guest is allergic. $100.00 monthly pet fee - non-refundable. Sorry - no cats - owner is allergic.

In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit will be refunded in full. Rent paid will be refunded less a $200.00 processing fee and any difference in rental rate, if the house cannot be re-rented, or re-rented at the same rate. Some renters opt for trip cancellation insurance.

Taxes, utilities, cable TV, Village News paper, trash and lawn service, are included.
Resident passes - $50.00. Included in rental rate for rentals of 3 months or more.
Mail - mailbox access provided for rentals of 3 months or more.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided at the various Rec Centers
