You are a short walk away from the Amelia dult pool and a short golf cart ride away from Mallory Country Club, Lake Sumter Landing and Lake Miona Sports pool.

Our home boasts brand new furniture, bedding, and kitchenware! Our tastefully decorated and fully furnished home comes equipped with a 42" smart TV and sectional sofa in the living room, a dining table with room for six and four counter stools in the kitchen. There is a King size bed in the Master bedroom with a brand new mattress. The Master bath features an incredible Roman style shower that will have you feeling like you are in a spa. The Guest room offers a Queen bed and a pocket door closing off the bedroom and bathroom to the rest of the home for privacy for you and your guests. There is a sleeper sofa in the third bedroom, along with a work area and a desk. The house also features a whole house NOVA water filter system. The outside lanai welcomes you to enjoy the Florida sun with brand new comfortable seating!

Enjoy the provided games on the coffee or dining table and have guests on the lanai for coffee or wine. The entrance has a cute little bench, perfect for drinking your morning coffee and meeting and greeting the wonderful neighbors on the street walking their pups.

We provide a Yamaha 4 seater gas golf cart for your use. The cost of the rental cart is included in your rental rate!!

Taxes are an additional 7% added to the rental rate. We require the security deposit and half the amount due at the time of booking and the other half 90 days prior to arrival. A mandatory cleaning fee of $250 will be required. We will provide the Villages ID at no cost to you. Additional renters may be considered at $50 per person per week.
