The kitchen has great cabinet and counter space and includes a refrigerator with French doors, freezer on the bottom, and water and ice access in the door. There is also a gas range and a microwave. A gas grill is provided along with lanai and patio seating. The entire property is no smoking and offered for the peaceful enjoyment for up to two people. Guests are allowed with permission of the owner.

Rental Policy:$800.00 Security due at booking. (Returned 10 days after satisfactory completion of lease agreement) 20% non-refundable deposit also due with completed contract. Remaining 80% due 10 business days before rental period, along with pet fee and cleaning fee.
