Our home is on an oversized corner lot providing additional privacy.

We have two gas golf carts---a two-seater and a four-seater. Both are Yamahas. The house is in a friendly neighborhood and is well-furnished and comfortable. The flooring is 100% Luxury Vinyl Plank; there is no carpet! There is a whole-house water filtration system and a water softener. You can by-pass the softener if you don't like soft water. Daylight (5000k) LED bulbs throughout the well-lit house. Leather sofa, loveseat, and powered recliner in the living room. King size bed in the master bedroom. Queen size beds in bedrooms two and three. The master bath has two sinks, a linen closet, and granite & glass shower walls. Both bathrooms have hand held shower heads. There is a 65" TV with a DVD player in the living room. There are Google smart speakers in the kitchen and master bedroom. Patio table and chairs for outdoor dining. Washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Expanded garage--bring all your toys. There is plenty of room! Full set of men's clubs, two sets of women's clubs, two carry bags, a pull cart, and a storage bin full of hundreds of golf balls for your use. There are two bikes in the garage. An adjustable walker. Lifestyle ID passes are available for $50 for two so that you will have all of the privileges of a resident. The ID cards last until the end of your rental period. All taxes, utilities, high speed internet, WiFi, daily newspaper, trash, pest control services, and lawn care services are included. The house cleaning fee is $200. I know that sounds high, but that how much it costs me these days.

Rental Policy: Rates are for 2 adults only. Each additional person is $30/night, $150/week, or $500/month. Additional people must appear on the lease agreement or be brought to the attention of the landlord as soon as the visit is confirmed. One person will be paying for all.

$50.00 optional Temporary Lifestyle ID fee covers two people for free access to executive golf courses, access to the championship golf courses, recreation centers, pools, tennis, pickle-ball and discounts at other places including theaters and numerous other activities.

Security Deposit and 50% of total rental fee with signed contract in 7 days. The balance is due 60 days prior to start of rental period. If lease is for a period that is less than 60 days out, total amount of rental is due with signed contract. If rental is canceled less then 60 days before arrival, deposit is non-refundable unless unit is rented for the same period at the same or greater rate.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+.
