Villa has a sunroom that leads to a large bird cage. Great for a quiet private backyard setting to enjoy the Florida weather. 3 Flat Screen TV's, the bright kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes/silverware, and wine glasses. King Size Bed in master. Also the unit includes the use of Wi-Fi, an electric golf cart, and washer and dryer to make your stay in the Villages enjoyable.
Rental Includes two Villages ID's and Phone service for US and Canada.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included.

Rental Policy:
$500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$150 Cleaning Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
