This pet friendly Auburndale Model Courtyard Villa is walking distance to the Rupert Canine Park, River Bend Postal & Rec Center (tennis, pickleball & volleyball courts, outdoor exercise park), scenic walk/bike path, and River Bend Rec Center (family pool, billiards, bocce ball, cornhole and more) Short golf cart ride to the Swallowtail adult pool and Magnolia Plaza, and the soon to be Eastport. Eastport is the Villages newest town square. It will include golf, entertainment, dining and shopping.

The villa has an open floor plan with a large living and dining room combined. The living room has a 55" TV. The dining room has a large table and 6 chairs.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closet and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is set up with a queen size sofa bed and 43" TV.

There are fans in the living room and each bedroom.

All linens and towels are supplied. Six beach towels are included. The kitchen is equipped with all you need for your stay. The washer & dryer are conveniently located next to the kitchen.

There are 55 golf courses in The Villages with more being built. There are 50 recreation centers, more than 100 pools and the amount is growing. The activities seem endless: pickleball, water volleyball, tennis, quilting clubs, line dancing, archery, fishing, fitness classes and more! There are more than 3,000 resident-led clubs. Rates/Rental Information

Price includes all utilities, high speed Internet, Nova water filtration system, lawn care, pest spray service & Florida 7% tax.
Deposit: $750
Cleaning Fee: $250
Pet Fee (dogs only): $200

Temporary Villages ID cards are available for $50 each



The $750 deposit is due upon signing the lease. The cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. There will be an additional $50+ cleaning fee if excessive cleaning is required. (The security deposit less cleaning will will be refunded within 30 days of lease termination providing no damage has occurred.) 50% of the rental fee must be paid 120 days before check-in. The other 50% is due 60 days before check-in. If the rental period is less than 60 days from the booking, all payments are due in full upon execution of the lease agreement.

Payment Options include: cashier's check, Zelle or PayPal

Cancellation: If greater than 90 days from rental start date and home can be re-rented for the same period without a loss, security deposit will be refunded less a $200 processing fee.

No smoking on property. This policy is strictly enforced and will result in a total loss of your deposit.

The rates posted below are based on double occupancy. Additional guests may be added for a fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
