This a two bedroom, two bath, villa located at a corner lot; 5 minutes from the Nancy Lopez country golf club & restaurant that has 27 holes of golf and two free executive golf courses. We pay the $50 Village ID fee for Stays over one week. There are 2 other executive golf courses only 5 minutes away; The Recreational Center is 5 minutes away and another about 7 minutes away. The centers have pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, bocci ball, horseshoe courts and billards. Your grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, a few restaurants and eateries, a fitness/walking trail with equipment and a health exercise center is only about 5 minutes away.

This villa is beautifully decorated with a complete kitchen, all fully stocked bathrooms. All you need to bring is your medicines and clothes. We even provide toothbrushes. The villa is corner lot with overflow parking. We have insurance on the golf cart and provide roadside assistance if the golf cart ever fails. All you have to do is advise us of the brand/type wine, beer and soft drink preference and we do the rest. Cookies, chocolates, candies, crackers tea, coffee, and hot chocolate provided. Includes daily newspaper long distance phone (US only), wireless internet, TVs in living room and bedrooms with ROKUT and YOU TUBE TV, DYD player with over 100 movies, a music CD player and radios in all rooms. There is an outdoor grill with patio furniture and an umbrella, a gas golf cart, his and her bikes with helmets.

You can inspect it anytime or have a friend in the Villages do it for you. If do not rent from us, please visit the Villages anyway. You will not disappointed.
