Wonderful location in the Village of Caroline. This new rental is perfect for those looking to get away from the cold weather up north! Our house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Tile and laminate flooring throughout, except the guest bedroom which has carpet. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has sliding doors which open to the lovely enclosed residential lanai. The guest bedroom also has 1 queen size bed.
The garage has room for 1 car and a golf cart (4-seater included in rental rate).

Property and sales taxes, utilities, trash, and lawn service are included. High speed internet and expanded TV package included in rental price.
Rental Policy:
* Rental rates include the 9% State/County tax due on leases less than 6 months long.
* Rent 6 months or longer for a significant discount on published rates. Contact us for long-term rental rates and policies.
* $750 Booking Deposit is due within 7 days of booking reservation. One-half rent due 90 days and balance due 30 days before occupancy. Booking Deposit then held as a Security Deposit after Rent Payments are made.<br>* Security Deposit (less any damages) returned less a $150 cleaning fee within 14 days.
* Rate is for 2 adults. Guests are welcome for up to 7 days at no additional charge. Additional guest charge for longer stays (more than 7 days) is $250 per month.
* Guest check-in available after 4pm. Early check-in possible if you are not immediately following a previous guest. Check-out on final day by 9AM.
* $50 Optional Temporary Resident ID Fee not included.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
